This piece was started on a blank white felt. I drew on my design then started layering different colors of wool. The background is machine felted and the fore ground is all hand felted. It’s a play on color and of layering different shades over one another. The foreground is hand felted. For extra stability, there is wool batting and industrial felt as a backing. It was then centered in a black shadow box.. It comes with it’s own suitcase. To clean, the use of a blow dryer on low or feather duster. you can also use canned air. Keep out of direct sunlight.
